What do I need to do to start doing business with Aqua Marines?
 We need a copy of your current business license. We will then send you a simple customer information sheet that you will need to fill out completely and return to us.  

How do I pay for my shipment?
We send our shipments C.O.D. (Certified Check or Money Order).  After several shipments, we can send you an application to accept company check.  We also accept VISA & Master Card as a means to pay for your shipment.  Credit cards are the preferred method  of payment since you avoid costly airline C.O.D. fees.

How do you get your order to me?
 We ship with all the major airlines to your nearest airport.  Since we ship large volumes with the airlines, we are able to offer you the cheapest freight rates available.

How far ahead do I need to place my order to receive it?
Since Aqua Marines is not a stocking wholesaler we need to have your order 1 day before it is to be shipped.  We ship for Tuesday through Friday arrival. For example,  if you want  your order to arrive on Wednesday, you would need to place the order by Monday.

How do I know what is available for me to order?
Aqua Marines updates our Specials, Rare & Unusual, and Availability list every Friday for the coming week.  The easiest way to get these lists is to visit this website.  If you would like to be on our weekly fax list,  let our sales representative know.

Why do you call your price list a price guide?
It is a price guide because our prices tend to fluctuate up or down depending on where we buy from. Since there are so many wholesalers we deal with on a regular basis we are able to keep your prices low but always keep the quality of the specimen as the top priority. No prices are set in stone and your helpful sales staff is always willing to work on lot prices, special deals, or anything else you may have a concern with.
